What Is Flower Essence Therapy and Flower Essences?

Flower essence therapy is a holistic modality based on the idea that flowers have a healing vibrational energy.

The practice uses flower essences, which are liquids infused with a flower’s energy. They can also be called flower remedies.

If you happen to choose a Flower Essence that is not appropriate to your emotional state, it will simply have no effect. So there is no risk in choosing the wrong one!

How Do I Choose The Best Flower Essences For Me?

Start by taking note of your present feelings, journal or take mental note of what you are experiencing.

It could be “I’m feeling stressed about my kid going to college” or “I am experiencing grief and racing thoughts after the death of a loved one.” those are just two examples of emotional states that can correspond with specific flower essences.

How Do I Take Flower Essences?

Flower Essences are taken in dropper form and can be taken directly or added to tea or water.

If you are taking a single Flower Essence from the stock bottle, I recommend taking 2 drops 2-4x/day under the tongue or as needed.

If you are taking a custom formulation blend, I recommend taking 4 drops 4x per day under the tongue or as needed.

They can also be applied topically if desired over chakra points or acupuncture meridians.
